If you’re looking to foster a high-awareness, collaborative team, I coach individual leadership within the management group, as well as the collaboration and development of the team as a whole. 

We work on the interpersonal dynamics within your team, focusing on the roles of each member and how they relate to one another. By improving collaboration, communication, and feedback, we enhance the overall performance and harmony of the team.    

The organization
In the organizational arena, we dive into how you and your management team align with the company’s values, goals, and vision.

Experience-based  learning

AIMin Leadership work process-oriented
AIMin's leadership process is focused on experiential learning and practical exercises that explore the developing process through personal experience. This hands-on approach to learning helps integrate information with emotions, creating deep insights and lasting awareness.  We learn best by doing, and through this practice, new behaviors and skills naturally emerge, leading to success.

Conscious presence 
The process emphasizes conscious presence, the art of being fully here and now, and the ability to let go of inner and outer distractions. It’s about listening to the natural wisdom within and acting on the opportunities that arise.

Theory and tools 
Theoretical understanding and practical tools are integral to the process, enabling participants to apply concepts efficiently in their daily routines. Methods used include psychosynthesis, therapy, coaching, shamanic practices, gestalt, NLP, Nonviolent Communication (NVC), guided meditation, mental training, breathwork, yoga, music, and more

Reflection 
Reflection plays a crucial role in the AIMin process. Through reflecting on experiences within and around participants, in their interactions with others, and their environment, individuals gain self-awareness and insight into their behaviors and decisions. Time for reflection is an essential component of conscious self-leadership and management. 

Human encounters and its creative power 
Human encounters and dialogue are also key. These interactions allow individuals to mirror themselves, exchange experiences, and open up to new perspectives. This creative power of human interaction helps participants see themselves and their actions through fresh eyes, enabling deeper self-understanding and growth.   


As with drawing a bow and taking AIM, the process involves quieting oneself, aligning inner focus, and then releasing the arrow—trusting the outcome. It’s about finding balance between intention, presence, and the act of letting go.
